This Cambridgeshire gastro property with has recently been taken over by new owners are looking for a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade.
This magnificent Grade II historic Coaching Inn has a beautiful classic fresh food menu with all ingredients sourced locally and created to high standards.
This Sous Chef role is very demanding within a busy kitchen producing only the highest quality of food for customers. You will be a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie who works well under pressure and is looking for a career opportunity, which will provide training, development and progression.

The duties of the Chef de Partie will include:
· Preparing exquisite creative and fresh dishes
· Maintaining high standards
· Working effectively as part of a team
· Working using own initiative to ensure all jobs done
· Working on all sections within the kitchen
· Running kitchen in Head Chefs absence
The working pattern for this position will be a combination of early, late, middle and split shifts.
Candidates for this position must be eager, willing to learn and passionate about creating great food. Good knowledge of kitchen operations is essential along with Chef de Partie experience at rosette level. Excellent communication skills are a must.
