This picturesque 1AA Rosette North Yorkshire Hotel is looking for an experienced and strong Sous Chef to join and help this talented kitchen brigade.

With many of Yorkshires finest suppliers ontheir doorstep,the menus hereare made up of local produce, from fresh fish to local speciality cheeses.

TheHeadChef here works alongside his small, dedicated team to give the much varied, extremely tasteful and imaginative A la Carte menu.

Some of the duties for this Sous Chef position will include:

* Run a kitchen environment that is clean, tidy and organised
* Produce andcreate quality food
* Plan the day to day running of sections of the kitchen
* Communicate directly with kitchen team members
* Carry out quality checks on stock, produce and dishes
* Have a flexible approach
* Ensure daily food preparation meets recipe and specification

Preferred/Required for thisSous Chefopportunity:

* Experience in a Rosette or similar type establishment would be advantageous
