A quality Pastry Chef de Partie (or Demi) with rosette background is required for this exceptional fantastic rosette accredited hotel in the Cheshire area.
We are looking for a creative and career minded individual who wants to take their next step working in an award winning restaurant within a luxurious hotel.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you must have previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a similar quality hotel. An enthusiastic and professional individual is required for this property, you must be familiar with all areas of the kitchen and demonstrate a passion for the very highest of standards. Responsibilities include running a section in the kitchen, undertaking the preparation of food in all area?s and maintaining a quality food offering.
