Sous Chef

This fantastic 4 star property set inWarwickshireis currently looking to recruit a committed, motivated and professional Sous Chef to assist in leading and motivating their existing brigade. The hotel has an award winning restaurant which can cater for up to 100 covers and conference and banqueting facilities which can cater for up to 300 people.
The Role:-
An ambitious Sous Chef is required for this quality operation. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your brigade to deliver high standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to develop the team as well as the business. The ability to motivate and develop the team and maintain the highest standards of food quality to a 2 rosette standard. Hygiene and profitability are essential. Keeping a cool head and a sense of humour during the busiest service is expected.

Qualification/Experience:-
The ideal candidate must have previous background working within a 2 rosette accredited property. You will be directly responsible for initialising standards through menu development, ordering of stock and staff development. A full understanding of food safety and hygiene and financial awareness is essential.
